  • Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • After confirming the delivery status with our courier, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on eligibility.

Change of Mind
